《進(jìn)口食品境外生產(chǎn)企業(yè)注冊管理規(guī)定》（海關(guān)總署第248號(hào)令）規(guī)定，向中國境內(nèi)出口食品的境外生產(chǎn)、加工、貯存企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)獲得海關(guān)總署注冊。本網(wǎng)站(https://cifer.singlewindow.cn)是申請進(jìn)口食品境外生產(chǎn)企業(yè)注冊的唯一官方網(wǎng)站。企業(yè)辦理申請、變更、延續(xù)、暫停、恢復(fù)等注冊業(yè)務(wù)以及境外主管機(jī)構(gòu)辦理推薦注冊均通過本官方網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行。企業(yè)申請進(jìn)口食品境外生產(chǎn)企業(yè)注冊不收取費(fèi)用。海關(guān)總署提醒廣大相關(guān)企業(yè)注意識(shí)別，避免登錄虛假網(wǎng)站導(dǎo)致上當(dāng)受騙。

Statement on the Only Official Portal of Registration

According to the Administrative Provisions of the Registration and Administration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Food (Decree No. 248 of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China), overseas manufacturers engaging in producing, processing and storing of imported food shall register with the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China. Pleased be informed that https://cifer.singlewindow.cn is the only official portal, which manufacturers can use to make applications, alterations, extensions,  suspensions or resumptions of export food to China, and overseas Competent Authorities also use to recommend establishments to GACC. Registration is free of charge. Please be advised that the fake online portals will cause losses.
